A Marketing Effectiveness Review is a one-off project where Charlie will work with your team(s), review your marketing operations, systems and processes, work with your team to identify gaps and opportunities and present back key findings and areas of opportunity.
The review is aimed at businesses that are actively investing in marketing and want to increase sales and attract more new customers.
Each review will be tailored to the client based on their set up and operations and will include:
– Deep dive review of all marketing operations, how you attract leads and move them through the business to the point of sale and repeat business.

– Interviews with customers (if requested)
– Review of marketing activity against the commercial objectives of the business
– How marketing performance is communicated internally and to key-stakeholders
